Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility and how to get in touch.

1. Our commitment

Swopsee is committed to making its website and services accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to follow widely accepted accessibility standards and to improve our products based on user feedback and best practice.

2. Standards we follow

We design and build with accessibility in mind, including consideration of colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers, and readable text. We test on common browsers and devices and address issues we identify.

3. Known limitations

Some parts of the service (including third-party content or legacy pages) may not yet meet our full accessibility goals. We are working to improve these areas over time.

4. Feedback and contact

If you have difficulty using any part of Swopsee or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you. Contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist and to incorporate feedback where possible.

5. External resources

For general guidance on accessibility and assistive technology, you may find useful information on the websites of organisations such as the RNIB, AbilityNet, or the GOV.UK Accessibility Team.
