Keep communication and payment on-platform where possible. Off-platform deals reduce your ability to use Swopsee protections. If something feels suspicious, pause and report it.
4. Reporting and moderation
You can report listings, users, or messages that appear unsafe or non-compliant. Our moderation team may remove content, request clarification, or restrict accounts.
5. Consequences for violations
Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent account bans depending on severity and recurrence.
