How to request account deletion

To delete your account, go to your account or profile settings and look for “Delete account”, “Close account”, or “Data & privacy”. Follow the steps (we may ask you to confirm and enter your password). If you don’t see the option, contact support and ask for account deletion. We’ll process the request in line with our policy and the law.

What happens when you delete

Your profile and account are removed. We may keep some data for legal, security, or dispute reasons (e.g. transaction records, fraud prevention) as set out in our Privacy Policy. We won’t use retained data for marketing or to restore your account unless we’re required to by law.

Before you delete

Finish or cancel any open swaps and orders. Resolve any disputes or refunds. Once the account is deleted, you won’t be able to sign in or recover it. If you only want a break, consider deactivating (if we offer it) instead of deleting.

Data export

You may have the right to request a copy of your data before deletion. Check our Privacy Policy and your account or data settings for how to request it.
