Using swipe view (app)

Swipe right for interested, left to skip, up for item details.

What is swipe view?

In the Swopsee app you can browse items in a swipeable, card-style view (like Tinder for items). One item is shown at a time; you swipe to move to the next or show interest.

Gestures

  • Swipe right: You’re interested—you can propose a swap or signal that you want this item. This may create or prepare a swap intent depending on the flow.
  • Swipe left: Skip this item. You move to the next; the item isn’t permanently hidden unless you choose “not interested” or similar.
  • Swipe up (or tap): Open the full item detail page. From there you can read the full description, see the owner and SwapCreds, and choose Swap, Make an offer, or Buy.

Where it’s available

Swipe view is in the app (iOS and Android). On mobile web and desktop we use the grid view. Both show the same listings; it’s just a different way to browse.

Swipe vs grid

In the app you can usually switch between swipe and grid (e.g. via a toggle or tab). Use whichever you prefer. Your likes and activity are the same in both.
