When we send a verification code
If you sign up with email, we send a 6-digit code to that address. You enter the code in the app or on the website to verify your email and finish creating your account. We may also send a new code if you request one (e.g. if it expired or didn’t arrive).
Entering the code
- App: Open the link or notification, then type the 6-digit code into the verification screen.
- Web: If you open the verification page in another tab or device, the code can still be entered in the original tab—we support cross-tab verification so you don’t lose your place.
Code not arriving?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a minute and try “Resend code” once; avoid requesting too many codes in a short time.
- If you still don’t receive it, try signing up again or use Google/Apple sign-in if available.
Expired code
Codes expire after a short time for security. If yours has expired, request a new code and enter it promptly.
