Browsing the shop
The shop is where you discover items listed by other users. You see them in a grid: photos, titles, and key details. Tap or click an item to open its full listing and see the owner, delivery options, and actions (Swap, Make an offer, Buy).
Grid view
Items appear in a scrollable grid on app and web. You can filter and sort (e.g. by category, distance, newest). The grid is the main way to browse on desktop and is available on mobile alongside swipe view in the app. See Search and filters for how to narrow results.
Categories
Use the category menu to browse by type (e.g. Fashion, Electronics, Home). Subcategories let you go deeper. Choosing a category updates the grid to show only matching listings.
Search
Use the search box to look for keywords (e.g. brand, item name). Search works across titles and descriptions. Combine search with filters for best results. See Search and filters.
Location and relevance
We may prioritise items near you (especially in our Cardiff-first area) and show nationwide listings. Your location and preferences help us order results. You can change location in account settings.
