What you can change
In your account settings you can update:
- Username: The name other users see. Choose something you’re happy to use in messages and on your profile.
- Profile photo: Add, change, or remove your picture.
- Location: Change your postcode or area so we can show relevant items and delivery options. See Why we ask for your location.
- Preferences: Interest categories, notification settings, and other options we offer in account.
Where to edit
On the website, go to your account or profile page and look for “Edit” or “Settings”. In the app, open the Account or Profile tab and tap the same options. Changes save immediately unless we ask you to confirm (e.g. email or password).
Changing your password
If you signed up with email, you can change your password from your account or security settings. If you use Google or Apple, sign-in is managed by them; use their settings to change or secure that account.
