Categories
Swopsee uses categories and subcategories (e.g. Fashion → Women’s tops, Electronics → Phones) so users can browse and filter. Pick the option that best matches your item. If you import from Vinted, we try to map their category to ours automatically; you can change it before publishing.
Why category matters
- Discovery: People search and filter by category, so the right category helps your listing be found.
- Delivery: Some delivery options or fees may depend on item type (e.g. size or weight estimates).
- Rules: Certain categories may have extra rules or restrictions; see Prohibited Items.
Condition
We use standard condition grades (e.g. like new, very good, good, fair). Select the one that best describes your item. If there’s wear or damage, describe it in the description as well. Honest condition helps avoid disputes and returns—see our Refunds & Disputes Policy and Community Standards.
Size (where relevant)
For clothing, shoes, and similar items, add size if applicable. This reduces mismatches and improves trust.
