Choosing which item to swap

Pick from your listings or add a new item to offer.

When you propose a swap

After you tap Swap on someone’s item, you need to choose which of your listings you’re offering in exchange. We show your active listings so you can pick one (or more, if we support bundle offers). You can filter by category or search to find the right item quickly.

Adding a new item on the spot

If the item you want to offer isn’t listed yet, you can often “Add new item” from the swap flow. You’ll create a short listing (photos, title, key details) and then continue with the swap. That new listing will also appear in your shop for others to see.

Picking the right item

There’s no automatic “value match”—you and the other person decide in chat if the swap is fair. Picking something in a similar category or that you’d be happy to trade helps. The other user can accept, reject, or counter with a different suggestion. See Counteroffers and negotiation.

One item or multiple

Depending on our features, you may be able to offer one item or a bundle (multiple items for one). The flow will show what’s supported. The seller responds in chat.
