Editing a listing
You can change your listing at any time: photos, title, description, category, condition, delivery options, and (for native items) Buy Now price. Open the item page and use “Edit” or go to your list of listings and choose the item to edit. Changes save when you confirm; they’re visible to everyone right away.
Deactivating vs deleting
Deactivating hides your listing from the shop and search so no one can make new offers or buy it. You can reactivate it later without re-entering everything. Use this when the item is temporarily unavailable or you’re pausing sales.
Deleting (if we offer it) removes the listing permanently. You’d need to create a new listing to sell or swap the item again. We may keep a record for disputes or legal reasons as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Active swaps or orders
If someone has already sent a swap request, made an offer, or bought the item, editing or deactivating doesn’t cancel that transaction. Complete or cancel the transaction in chat or via the order flow as appropriate. See What happens after you send a request and Refunds & Disputes.
Where to find edit
On web: open the item page (yours or from “My listings”) and click Edit. In the app: go to your listings, tap the item, then tap Edit or the pencil icon.
