Forgot password or can't log in

Reset your password and troubleshoot login issues.

Resetting your password

If you signed up with email and forgot your password:

  1. Open the login screen and tap or click “Forgot password” (or similar).
  2. Enter the email address you use for Swopsee.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link from us. It may take a few minutes; check spam if you don’t see it.
  4. Open the link and set a new password. Use a strong, unique password you don’t use elsewhere.

After that, sign in with your email and the new password.

Not receiving the reset email?

  • Confirm you’re using the same email you used to register.
  • Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • Wait a few minutes and try “Resend” once. Avoid requesting many resends in a short time.
  • If you still don’t receive it, contact support with the email address you use for Swopsee so we can help.

Google or Apple sign-in

If you created your account with Google or Apple, you don’t have a separate Swopsee password. To change how you sign in or to recover access, use Google’s or Apple’s account recovery (e.g. “Forgot password” on Google, or Apple ID settings). Once you can sign in with them again, you can open Swopsee the same way.

Other login problems

If you’re sure the password is correct but still can’t log in, see I can’t log in for more troubleshooting steps.
