Wrong or forgotten password
If you use email sign-in and your password isn’t working, use “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset it. We’ll send a link to your email. See Forgot password or can’t log in. Don’t share your new password or verification codes with anyone.
Email not verified
If you signed up with email but didn’t finish verification, you might not be able to log in until you enter the 6-digit code we sent. Check your inbox and spam. Request a new code if it expired. See Verifying your email address.
Wrong sign-in method
You must use the same method you used to create the account: Google, Apple, or email. If you signed up with Google, use “Sign in with Google”—don’t try email and a password. If you have two accounts (e.g. one Google, one email), use the correct one for the account you want.
Clear cache and cookies
On web, old cache or cookies can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Swopsee, or use a private/incognito window. Then sign in again. See Supported browsers.
Still can’t log in?
Contact support with the email address (or sign-in method) you use for Swopsee. We can’t reset passwords for Google/Apple accounts—use their recovery flow for those. See Keeping your account secure.
