Signing in
Use the same method you used to create your account:
- Google or Apple: Tap or click the Google or Apple sign-in button. You may be asked to confirm in your browser or device.
- Email: Enter your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” to reset it—see Forgot password or can’t log in.
Your account is the same on app and web; sign in with the same method to see your listings, messages, and orders everywhere.
Staying signed in
We keep you signed in until you sign out or your session expires. On the app, you may be able to use biometrics (e.g. Face ID or fingerprint) for quick access. On web, we use cookies to maintain your session; see our Cookie Policy.
Signing out
To sign out: on web, open your account menu and choose “Sign out” or “Log out”. In the app, go to Account or Settings and tap “Sign out”. Signing out ends your session on that device; you’ll need to sign in again to use your account there.
Using more than one device
You can be signed in on several devices (e.g. phone and laptop). Signing out on one device does not sign you out on the others. For security, sign out on shared or public devices when you’re done.
