Where to see status
After a purchase or agreed swap, you can usually see order or transaction status in:
- Order history / account: List of your orders or transactions with status (e.g. pending, shipped, completed).
- Chat: For swaps and offers, the chat thread may show system messages (e.g. “Locker booked”, “Item shipped”) and tracking links.
- Email or push: We may send updates (e.g. “Your order has shipped”) if you have notifications on. See Notifications.
Tracking links
When an item is sent by courier or via HQ verification, we may provide a tracking number or link. Use it on the carrier’s website to see progress (e.g. in transit, out for delivery). For locker drop-offs, you might see “Dropped off” and “Collected” type updates instead of full tracking.
If it’s delayed
Delivery times depend on the carrier and distance. If tracking hasn’t updated for a long time or the estimated date has passed, check the carrier’s site first. If there’s a problem (e.g. lost or damaged), see Refunds & Disputes and Buyer & Swapper Protection to open a dispute.
In-person meetups
For in-person handovers there’s no tracking—you and the other person coordinate time and place in chat or via order details. Confirm the handover in the app or order page when done if we offer that option.
