Invalid or unsupported URL
Make sure you’re pasting a full Vinted listing URL (e.g. starting with https://www.vinted.co.uk/... or the correct Vinted domain for your country). Short links or URLs from other sites won’t work. Copy the link from your browser’s address bar when viewing the listing.
Listing not public
We can only import data from listings that are publicly visible. If the Vinted listing is private, deleted, or only visible to certain users, we won’t be able to fetch it. Ask the seller to make the listing public, or list the item manually on Swopsee.
Scraping failed or error message
Sometimes our system can’t read the page (e.g. Vinted’s layout changed, or the request timed out). Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps failing, create a manual listing and add the photos and description yourself.
Incomplete or wrong data
If we import the listing but some fields are missing or wrong (e.g. wrong category, missing photos), you can edit the draft before publishing. Fix the details in the Swopsee listing form and then publish.
Still stuck?
If none of the above helps, use a manual listing for that item. For ongoing technical issues with import, contact support and include the Vinted URL (if possible) and the error message you see.
