Where to find it
Your order and swap history is in your account. On web, go to your account or profile and look for “Orders”, “Order history”, “Transactions”, or “Swap history”. In the app, open the Account tab and tap the same. You’ll see a list of past purchases and swaps with status (e.g. completed, in progress, cancelled).
What you see
Each entry typically shows the item(s), the other party, date, delivery method, and status. You can open one to see more detail, tracking (if applicable), and the related chat thread for swaps and offers. For Buy Now orders there’s no chat—order details and tracking appear in the order view. See Tracking your order.
Disputes and refunds
If something went wrong with an order or swap, start from the order or transaction in your history and look for “Get help”, “Dispute”, or “Contact support”. Our Refunds & Disputes Policy and Buyer & Swapper Protection explain when you can claim and how we handle it.
