Swopsee is launching with a focus on Cardiff. That means we prioritise local listings, safe meeting points, and delivery options (e.g. lockers) in the Cardiff area. Users in Cardiff will see a feed that emphasises local items and nearby swap possibilities. Our messaging is “Swap items nationwide—starting in Cardiff.”
Nationwide from day one
Even at launch, the platform supports nationwide use. You can browse items from anywhere and swap or buy with users in other areas using locker, courier, or HQ verification. Location helps us show you relevant options (e.g. nearby first for Cardiff users, then nationwide). See Why we ask for your location.
If you’re not in Cardiff
If you’re outside Cardiff, you’ll still see nationwide listings and can list, swap, and buy. You may see a banner or message that we’re rolling out area by area—so local features (e.g. more safe meeting points, local feed emphasis) will expand to your region over time. You’re not blocked from using Swopsee.
