Choosing delivery options for your listing

In-person, locker, courier, and HQ verification when creating a listing.

Delivery options when listing

When you create a listing, you choose how you’re willing to complete the swap or sale. These options are shown to buyers and swappers so they can pick what works for them. You can offer one or more of the following.

In-person meetup

You and the other person meet to hand over the item. We suggest safe meeting points (e.g. in public, well-lit places), with a focus on Cardiff at launch. No delivery fee; you agree time and place in chat (for swaps) or via order details (for Buy Now).

Locker drop-off

You drop the item at a locker or collection point; the other person collects from there (or the reverse). The user who pays for the locker booking covers the fee via Swopsee. We show nearby lockers and availability.

Courier delivery

Item is sent by courier. The buyer or swapper enters a delivery address and pays the delivery cost. We calculate or display the price based on the service and item details.

Swopsee HQ verification

Premium option: you send the item to Swopsee; we verify condition and then send it to the buyer. Adds an extra fee. Good for higher-value or high-trust trades. See Swopsee HQ verification for how it works.

Choosing what to offer

Select every option you’re happy with. The more you offer, the more ways someone can complete a trade with you. You can change these when you edit your listing.
