Payment methods

Cards via Stripe; saving payment methods; where to manage.

How you pay

We accept card payments (e.g. debit and credit) through our payment provider. When you pay for a purchase, locker, courier, or HQ verification, you enter your card details or choose a saved payment method. Payment is processed securely; we don’t store full card numbers on our servers.

Saved payment methods

You may be able to save a card for future use so you don’t have to re-enter it each time. Saved methods are stored by our payment provider and can be managed in your account (e.g. under Payment methods or Settings). You can add or remove them there.

Security

We use a recognised payment provider that meets industry standards. Never send card details or passwords by chat or email. If someone asks you to pay off-platform (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal to a personal account), don’t—and report them. See Keeping your account secure and Reporting a user or listing.

Refunds

If a refund is due under our Refunds & Disputes Policy or Buyer & Swapper Protection, we’ll process it back to the original payment method where possible. It can take a few days to appear on your statement.
