Courier delivery

Entering address, pricing, tracking, and who ships.

What is courier delivery?

Courier delivery means the item is sent by a delivery partner (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD) from the seller to the buyer or swapper. The recipient enters their delivery address and pays the delivery cost through Swopsee. We calculate or show the price based on the service and item.

Entering your address

When you choose courier delivery, you’ll be asked for a full delivery address. Use an address where you can receive parcels safely. We pass only the necessary details to the delivery partner to fulfil the shipment. Your address isn’t shared with the other user beyond what’s needed for the label. See our Privacy Policy.

Fees and pricing

The delivery fee is calculated from the item and destination (and sometimes size/weight). It’s shown before you confirm. You pay through Swopsee along with any item price or other fees. See Fees on Swopsee and Payment methods.

Tracking

Once the item is sent, we may provide a tracking link or number so you can see status (e.g. in transit, out for delivery). See Tracking your order.

For swaps

In a swap, you and the other person may each send an item by courier. You each enter your own address and pay your own delivery cost (or agree who pays in chat). See Agreeing delivery in chat.
