Delivery is agreed in chat
For swaps and offers, there’s no separate checkout—you and the other person agree delivery in the chat thread. You can suggest in-person, locker, courier, or HQ verification; the other person can accept or suggest something else. Once you agree, one or both of you complete the payment or booking (e.g. locker fee, courier) through Swopsee as shown in chat.
Choosing in chat
In the transaction chat you’ll see delivery options (or a link to choose). Pick one that works for both of you. If you choose locker or courier, the person who pays gets instructions (e.g. book locker, enter address). System messages may confirm when a step is done (e.g. “Locker booked”, “Courier paid”).
Changing delivery
Before the swap is completed, you can change the delivery method in chat if you both agree. After one of you has already paid (e.g. locker or courier), changes may not be possible without contacting support; see Refunds & Disputes if needed.
