Draft vs published
Listings only appear in the shop and search when they’re published. If you saved as draft or didn’t complete the publish step, the listing won’t show. Open the item in your listings and use “Publish” or “Activate” (wording may vary). See How to list an item and Editing or deactivating a listing.
Deactivated or hidden
If you deactivated the listing, it’s hidden from others. Reactivate it from your list of listings or the item’s edit page so it appears again.
Moderation
We may hide or remove listings that break our Community Standards or Prohibited Items Policy. If you think your listing was removed by mistake, contact support and we’ll review. See the appeals section in Prohibited Items.
Search and feed delay
After publishing, a listing can take a short time to appear in search or the main feed (e.g. a few minutes). If it’s published and not against our policies, wait a bit and refresh. If it still doesn’t show, try a direct link to the listing or contact support.
