Your inbox
Your inbox (or Messages) lists your conversation threads. Each thread is usually linked to one swap request, offer, or general conversation with another user. Open a thread to see the full chat and any system messages (e.g. delivery or payment updates).
Where to find it
On web and in the app, look for “Messages”, “Chat”, or “Inbox” in the main navigation (e.g. top bar or bottom tab). From there you can see recent threads and tap or click to open one.
Notifications
When someone replies or a system update is added, you may get a push notification (app), browser notification (web), or email depending on your settings. See Notifications.
Swaps and offers
When you send or receive a swap request or offer, a dedicated thread is created for that transaction. All negotiation and delivery agreement happens there. See Chat during a swap or offer and When is a chat created?
