When Buy Now is available
Buy Now appears only when the seller has enabled it and set a price. That’s only possible on native listings (not imported). If you don’t see a Buy button, the item is swap-only or the seller hasn’t turned on Buy Now.
Steps to buy
- Open the item and tap or click Buy (or “Buy Now”).
- You’ll see the price and delivery options (in-person collection, locker, courier, HQ verification). Choose the one you want. Fees are shown or calculated.
- Enter payment and (if needed) delivery address. Pay through Swopsee (we use a secure payment provider).
- After payment you get an order confirmation. No chat is created for Buy Now—delivery was chosen at checkout. The seller gets instructions to send or hand over the item. See Delivery when you Buy Now and Tracking your order.
What you pay
You pay the item price plus any delivery fee (locker, courier, or HQ verification). Swopsee may add a service fee; all costs are shown before you confirm payment. See Fees on Swopsee and Payment methods.
Protection
Buy Now purchases are covered by our Buyer & Swapper Protection and Refunds & Disputes Policy where applicable. Keep communication and payment on Swopsee.
