No chat for Buy Now
When you Buy Now, you choose the delivery method at checkout and pay in one go. We don’t create a chat thread for Buy Now—everything is set at payment. The seller receives order and delivery instructions; you get a confirmation and (where applicable) tracking. See Tracking your order.
Options at checkout
At checkout you can typically choose:
- In-person collection: You’ll see suggested safe meeting points or agree a place via order details. The seller gets the location and coordinates with you (e.g. by email or order page) if needed.
- Locker: Pick a nearby locker; you pay the locker fee. We give the seller drop-off instructions and you get collection details. See Using lockers.
- Courier: Enter your delivery address and pay the courier fee. The seller ships to that address; you get tracking. See Courier delivery.
- HQ verification: Pay the item price plus the HQ verification fee. Seller sends to us; we verify and send to you. See Swopsee HQ verification.
Payment
You pay the item price plus any delivery or HQ fee (and any Swopsee service fee) in a single payment. See Payment methods and Fees on Swopsee.
