Using lockers for drop-off or collection

How to choose a locker, pricing, booking, and pickup instructions.

What are lockers?

Lockers (and similar collection points) are places where you can drop off or collect an item. One person drops the item in a locker; the other gets a code or instructions to collect it. This avoids sharing home addresses and can be more flexible on timing. Swopsee integrates with locker partners so you can see nearby options and pay the fee through us.

How it works

  1. When you choose locker delivery (in chat for swaps/offers, or at checkout for Buy Now), we show a map or list of nearby lockers.
  2. The person who pays for the locker (usually the buyer or the person receiving first) selects a locker and pays the fee via Swopsee.
  3. We provide booking confirmation and instructions. The sender drops the item at the locker; the recipient collects using the code or link we provide.

See Agreeing delivery in chat for swaps and Delivery when you Buy Now for purchases.

Fees

Locker use is paid; the cost depends on the partner and location. The fee is shown when you select the locker and is paid through Swopsee. See When you pay on Swopsee and Fees on Swopsee.

Tracking

After drop-off and collection, you may see status updates (e.g. “Collected”) in your order or chat. See Tracking your order.
