How delivery fees are set
Delivery fees depend on the option and the details of the shipment:
- Locker: Usually based on the locker partner and location. Size or weight may affect price. See Using lockers.
- Courier: Typically based on destination, size/weight, and sometimes category. We or our partner calculates this when you enter the address and item details. See Courier delivery.
- HQ verification: A set premium fee on top of item and delivery. See Swopsee HQ verification.
We show the fee before you confirm. If the quote changes (e.g. address or item details were wrong), the final charge might differ—we’ll show an updated amount where we can before payment.
Check your details
Wrong address, postcode, or item size/weight can change the courier or locker price. Double-check at checkout or in chat. If you already paid and the fee was wrong due to our error, contact support with the order or transaction ID and we’ll review. See Refunds & Disputes.
