What’s on an item page
When you open a listing you see:
- Photos: Swipe or scroll through the seller’s images.
- Title and description: What the item is and any extra details (size, condition, flaws).
- Category and condition: How it’s categorised and the condition grade.
- Owner: Who listed it; you can open their profile. We may show SwapCreds (trust/reputation) there—see What are SwapCreds?
- Delivery options: Which methods this seller accepts (meetup, locker, courier, HQ verification) and any fee hints.
- Native vs imported: Whether the listing was created on Swopsee or imported (e.g. from Vinted). Imported items are swap-only; see Native vs imported listings.
What you can do
- Swap: Offer one of your items in exchange. You’ll pick your item and delivery, then send the request—see How swapping works.
- Make an offer: (Native items only.) Offer a different item or terms, or add a message. Leads to chat—see Making an offer.
- Buy: (If the seller enabled Buy Now.) Purchase at the set price, choose delivery, and pay. See Buying an item.
- Like: Save the item to your likes so you can find it later. See Liking and saving items.
Fees and delivery
Delivery fees (locker, courier, HQ verification) are shown or calculated when you choose a delivery method. Any Swopsee fees are shown before you confirm payment or send a request.
